with no additional fees! That's it, no other fees or commissions
or other sneaky ways that other "brokers" try

To Create Your Account:
1. Enter your desired account information below.
--Please do not leave any fields blank.
--If your username has already been used by someone else, you will have
to change it.
--Please make sure your passwords match and are easy for you to remember.
--Contact Full Name and Phone are the information people will see attached
to your ad.
--Make sure you enter a valid email address as you will receive a confirmation
email to activate your account.
--The minimum length of each field is the number in parentheses to the
right of the field.
--Do not use any punctuation in the fields, only letters and numbers.
--Do not use any spaces in the username or password.
2. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation
email with a link that you must click, in order to activate your account.
3. Begin placing ads!
