Placing ads is simple, all you have to do is follow the following three steps: 1. Create an Account - So that you can manage your ads and make changes, the first thing you must do is set up a username and password, along with contact information. That way when someone is ready to buy your stuff, they can get in touch with you! 2. Place an Ad - Upload your pictures and descriptions. Your ad will be queued for approval (this allows us to keep out people who want to advertise discount prescriptions and other spam!). Once approved, your ad will be active! 3. Pay for Your Ads - Finally, pay the nominal fee for the ad listing. Obviously, if you place your ad before December 1, 2003, it will run for up to 2 months free. After that, you can renew your ad for only $3 for 90 days! You say you don't want to pay the tiny fee for the ad listing - well, we would love to help you out, but it does cost us to maintain the website. Most important: UNLIKE OTHER SITES, YOU WILL PAY NO OTHER FEES OR COMMISSIONS. Some places place your ad for free and then charge 10 or even 20% of the price of your sale. Here, you will only ever pay us the $3 listing fee! To pay, simply go to www.paypal.com and send your fee to payurjr@urjr.com. If you think you might place more ads in the future, you can send more than $3 and your account will show a credit (click on the "Manage Your Stuff" button to view your account and balance).
